Making A Purchase To place an order, simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. We aim to deliver items within 28 days depending on availability of materials. If you require an item soon than this please contact us to see if this is possible. We will try to accommodate urgent orders but there may be an extra charge for this. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us before you place your order so we can inform you of shipping costs. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. You can pay securely using our shopping cart and Protx. All items will be sent by special delivery and will require a signature on receipt. When we dispatch your order we will contact you.

Shipping And Handling We will charge a set amount on each order, irrespective of the number of items ordered. In the United Kingdom the delivery charge for orders up to the value of £150.00 (inclusive of VAT) is £6.00 per order. European countries will be charged £40.00 delivery per order. All countries outside of Europe incur a delivery charge of £50.00 per order. This will be calculated during the checkout process and will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.

Tax Charges For UK orders 15.0% VAT is included in the prices shown. All other orders are VAT free and VAT will be deducted from your shopping cart when you enter your shipping address. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed using the latest 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colours are a good representation, there will be slight variations due to browser settings. All jewellery pieces are either finished in 925 Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated. Please check the item descriptions for full details. There may be a slight variation to the photograph but this is kept to the minimum. All tiaras are made from nickel free silver or gold plate, with Swarovski crystals and Swarovski pearls. Sizes given on this site are an approximation and cannot be relied upon as an accurate description as every item is made to order and variations can occur. Returns Policy Returns & Refunds: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact us within 2 days of receipt: As all items are made to order a full refund (Less 50% for labour costs as each piece is made to order + P&P) will be offered on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 7 days. No refund will be offered after this date. Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your wedding. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Returning items: All items must be sent by special delivery as no responsibility will be accepted for returns lost in the post. Tarnishing: All jewellery metal can tarnish when it comes into contact with the air, dampness or acidity in the skin. It is therefore advisable to keep it in its original packaging until it is worn.
